This is so cute! The crisp cotton fabric has a whimsical floral print in bright colors. I love the yellow ruffle of trim of the somewhat wide waistband. The bodice is darted for great fit, and the skirt is gathered to the waistband. It has a full back zip and is unlined. Label is Tanner.
